- Verify the condition of wheels and leveling mounts, ensuring stability and ease of movement.
- Inspect door gaskets and latches for sealing integrity, replacing if compromised to maintain proper enclosure.
- Calibrate temperature accuracy to 37°C using an NIST-traceable temperature probe for precision.
- Calibrate CO₂ levels to 5% using a Fyrite combustion test kit to verify environmental control (if applicable).
- Confirm temperature and CO₂ stability over a 24-hour period to ensure consistent conditions.
- Conduct a cosmetic inspection, verifying the unit meets appearance and cleanliness standards.
