Equipped for real-time monitoring, it features a single wavelength UV detection at 280 nm and a conductivity range of 0 to 300 mS/cm, ensuring accurate assessment of the purification process. The system can handle a variety of fraction volumes up to 15 ml across several vessel types and is complemented by the Frac30 fraction collector for versatile sample collection.
