We are currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving warehouse team member to handle daily shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties, as well as taking on minor equipment testing and refurbishing. This is an entry-level position and full training and development is available for the right candidate. This position has serious potential for growth and advancement within our fast expanding company in a multi-million dollar industry.

Job Requirements
  • Identify daily outgoing orders placing priority when needed
  • Construct custom pallet crates for daily outgoing freight items
  • Operate forklift, pallet jack, and power tools
  • Load trucks using forklift upon arrival of outgoing freight deliveries
  • Receive incoming equipment upon arrival against invoice/packing slip
  • Barcode equipment and enter into inventory system as equipment is received and tested
  • Coordinate with technical and cosmetic departments prior to packaging of equipment
  • Package equipment per industry and company standards ensuring all parts and pieces are included and shipment is secure for transit
  • Generate shipping labels via UPS Worldship software keeping high attention to detail and all information accurate
  • General warehouse upkeep and miscellaneous duties as assigned


Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience/familiarity with power tools
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 70 lbs on a consistent basis
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, databases)
  • Prior warehouse or shipping experience (preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Positive attitude on the job
  • Ability to take direction
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative


Jr. Service and Repair Technician


Required Education: High school, 2 year degree, or technical certification

Our fast growing, cutting edge company is seeking someone like you to become part of our technical team to assist in the reconditioning of our recertified equipment by evaluating and diagnosing equipment, testing equipment, ordering and installing parts, troubleshooting and completing repairs. This position has serious potential for growth and advancement within our fast expanding company in a multi-million dollar industry.

Job Requirements
  • Manage multiple projects at any given time and keep working knowledge of each stage each individual project is currently in
  • Evaluate equipment and develop an action plan for recertification of each item
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and identify problems with assigned equipment
  • Order necessary parts for repairs in a timely fashion to ensure processing timelines are being met
  • Coordinate with the cosmetics department regarding equipment appearance and participate in the timeline on cosmetic restoration as needed
  • Install parts and complete repairs
  • Final test equipment to industry/manufacturer’s specifications
  • Complete required documentation for all equipment being refurbished
  • Collaborate with shipping department to ensure complete shipment and packaging of completed equipment
  • Timely and complete communication with customers regarding “in the field” machine failure
  • Participate in equipment trainings to achieve continuing education on a variety of different equipment
