The Thermo Scientific MaxQ 4000 Digital Orbital High Temperature Incubator Shaker (Model SHKE4000-5) combines orbital shaking performance with a compact benchtop design, making it well suited for cell culture, solubility studies, extraction procedures, protein expression, and other laboratory applications. It provides shaking speeds from 15 to 500 RPM on a 0.75 inch orbit, paired with a temperature range of 10°C above ambient up to 80°C for precise environmental control. A spacious 18 x 18 inch platform supports higher vessel capacities, including up to six 2L flasks. The clear, scratch-resistant lid allows unobstructed viewing of samples without disrupting chamber conditions. Temperature stability is maintained by a PID controller with ± 0.1°C accuracy at 37C, while an independent over-temperature protection system adds an extra layer of operational safety.
All of our equipment will be fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
