Sartorius Mark 3 LTE Moisture Analyzer

The Sartorius Mark 3 LTE Moisture Analyzer is a modular, infrared-based moisture analysis system engineered for fast, accurate, and repeatable measurements in both laboratory and production environments. Designed as an economical and reliable alternative to drying ovens, it combines four parallel quartz infrared heaters with Sartorius’ proven monolithic weighing technology to deliver stable and precise thermogravimetric loss-on-drying results. With a readability of 1 mg / 0.01% and excellent reproducibility across a wide range of sample types, the system is optimized for routine workflows involving solids, liquids, and pastes. Its recommended moisture measurement range of 1.00% to 99.90% and flexible temperature programming, from 30°C to 210°C in one-degree increments with one- or two-step drying, provide strong adaptability for varied materials and industry requirements.

The Mark 3 LTE supports optional modular expansion with up to two heater modules, allowing multiple measurements to run in parallel for increased throughput, whether performing only a few tests per day or several hundred. Intuitive operation is ensured through one-button start, password-restricted access, a backlit VGA display, and real-time graphical curves for temperature and weight changes. Users can store up to 60 measurement programs and access complete statistical summaries of the last 999 results, including average, SD, RSD, and min/max values.

Multiple endpoint determination modes, timer, weight-loss trend, or defined stability criteria, enable precise control over shutdown conditions. Additional features include a pass-fail function, audio and visual prompts for achieving ideal initial weight, optional internal thermal printer, and system status indicator LEDs for clear visual feedback. With serial, Ethernet, and service USB ports, the system ensures easy data integration. Designed for robust daily use and broad application coverage, including foods, chemicals, biomass, cosmetics, coatings, agricultural products, and building materials, the Mark 3 LTE delivers dependable moisture analysis performance with excellent operational efficiency.
