The Millipore WP6111560 Chemical Duty Vacuum Pump is a robust diaphragm-based vacuum and pressure system engineered for continuous or intermittent laboratory use. Designed for filtration of liquids and gases with all types of filter holders, it delivers constant airflow with uniform diaphragm compression for smooth, reliable operation. Its PTFE-coated internal surfaces, PTFE-lined diaphragm, and stainless steel leaf valves provide exceptional chemical resistance, making it well-suited for life science, environmental, and industrial applications involving corrosive chemicals or solvent vapors.
The permanently lubricated motor includes a thermal overload switch for safety and long-term durability, while the low-noise operation (<60 dB(A)) and vibration-dampening rubber feet enhance user comfort during extended use. Operating at up to 24 inHg vacuum and delivering 37 l/min of free air displacement, the unit supports pressures up to 20 psi continuous or 35 psi intermittent. Compact and portable, it measures 7.5 x 7 x 8 in. (19.1 x 17.8 x 20.3 cm) and weighs approximately 9 lb (4.1 kg), making it ideal for benchtop setups.
