The MP Biomedicals FastPrep-24 5G Sample Preparation System is an efficient, self-contained system designed for disruption of standard and challenging biological samples. Capable of homogenizing, grinding, or lysing, this unit is a versatile instrument designed to meet the changing needs of biological laboratories. The FastPrep-24 5G's design works to eliminate the risk of cross contamination, while also mitigating cleanup typically associated with manual lysing methods. Samples are processed with speed and precision as a result of its unique tridimensional motion offering consistent collision of sample materials and lysing matrices.
The MP Biomedicals FastPrep-24 5G's streamlined touchscreen interface provides users with programmability of up to 12 assay locations, along with 72 pre-defined protocols. This specialized system gives researchers the ability to process a number of sample types including tissue, bacteria, fungi, soil and more. An increased power feature additionally optimizes operation, enhancing overall processing times for both simple and challenging applications alike.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
