The Labconco FreeZone Plus 2.5 Liter Cascade Console Freeze Dry System (Cat. #: 7420020) is a compact laboratory lyophilizer with ice holding capacity for light to moderate sample loads. This freeze dryer system has a 12-port drying chamber and stainless steel collector chamber and coil. The Labconco FreeZone 2.5L can remove over 2.2 liters of water in 24 hours and includes a retractable collector drain line for increased mobility. The onboard LCD display shows system operating parameters (with temperature in °C or °F and vacuum in mBar, Pa, or Torr) and allows for the user to enable precautionary alarms. This model is not for use with samples containing acetonitrile.
