Featuring a motor lift with a transparent plastic-coated G5 dry ice condenser, it allows for smooth flask handling and safe operation. A central 5-inch digital touch display provides clear visualization of all parameters, accessible in both Basic and Advanced modes, while separate locking knobs for rotation and heating offer quick adjustments and prevent accidental changes. The system supports rotation speeds from 10 to 280 RPM, powered by a robust EC motor, and integrates a timer, multilingual menu, and detailed error text display to ensure ease of use.
The stainless-steel AISI 316L heating bath combines durability with versatile performance, offering precise digital control across 20°C to 100°C with water or up to 210°C with oil, accurate to within ± 1.0°C. Overheat protection up to 250°C further safeguards samples and equipment. Enhanced usability features include LED ring lights and pictograms for process visibility, an integrated solvent library for vacuum adjustments, and USB/Micro SD connectivity for convenient data transfer and storage.
This system is paired with the Hei-VAC Vario Control vacuum pump, delivering an ultimate vacuum of 2 mbar (without gas ballast) and a maximum pumping speed of 1.7 m³/h, making it well-suited for a wide range of evaporation needs. Together, the Hei-VAP Expert ML/G5B and Hei-VAC Vario Control pump provide dependable, efficient evaporation with precise control, supporting consistent performance and optimized workflows in modern laboratories.

- Disassemble and inspect the vacuum pump, cleaning and replacing seals or components as necessary
- Inspect internal wiring for each component, checking for any frays, cuts, or potential breakages
- Examine all hoses, hose barbs, and seals for signs of wear or leaks, ensuring integrity
- Inspect the vapor duct seal and replace if compromised to maintain vacuum efficiency
- Verify and calibrate the vacuum controller for accurate pressure regulation
- Confirm all hoses and cables are securely fastened to prevent disconnections or leaks
- Check heat bath temperatures against settings to ensure precise thermal control
- Confirm the final system vacuum level meets manufacturer specifications
