The Eppendorf 5301 Vacufuge Concentrator System is in excellent condition. The Vacufuge combines centrifugal force and vacuum for gentle concentration of DNA, RNA, nucleotides, proteins, and samples for gel electrophoresis. Three aeration modes, including aqueous, alcohol, and off, maximize evaporation efficiency, prolong pump lifespan, and reduce processing time by up to 20%. Reaches maximum speeds up to 1,400 RPM and maximum RCF of 240 x g at a choice of four heating levels, including ambient, 30°C, 45°C, and 60°C.
