BioTek 405LSUVS Microplate Washer
The BioTek 405LSUVS Microplate Washer is known for its superior performance and reliability. The 405 LS features a simple user interface for implementing wash, dispense, aspirate, and maintenance protocols with the onboard software. The 405 LS is ideal for many standard plate washing protocols of 96- and 384-well microplates, but it can also automate more complex operations like magnetic and polystyrene bead assays and ELISAs. The patented dual-action manifold makes cell-based assays easy to process while providing optimal conditions for washing fragile cell layers with the angles dispense tubes, extensive aspirate and dispense rates, and plate position controls.Programming is made easy through simple keypad interface with independent control of plate position during dispense and aspiration cycles, as well as fully programmable fluid volumes and flow rates, shaking, and soaking. Easy maintenance with a selection of pre-programmed routines for problem-free operation and run protection via fluid detection, fluid flow, and vacuum sensors. This model features Dual Action to wash 96- and 384-well plates, Buffering Switching Valve that support up to four reagents, and Ultrasonic Advantage feature, a built-in ultrasonic cleaner.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
