The Beckman Coulter Allegra X-30R Refrigerated Centrifuge, FDA-cleared for In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) use, is designed for versatility, meeting the needs of labs conducting general research or clinical sample preparation. With a wide range of compatible rotors combined with simple user control of acceleration and deceleration rates, this centrifuge is capable of use in a number of applications including extractions, concentrations, phase separations and pelleting. With the ability to cool from room temperature to 4°C in ten minutes, the Beckman Coulter Allegra X-30R Refrigerated Centrifuge is an impeccable option for laboratories that require a responsive and adaptable option for varying sample types.
Engineered for safety and efficiency, the Allegra X-30R's imbalance detection, and rotor overspeed identification ensure samples are safe and secure throughout processing. The electromechanical door lock mechanism also prevents operator contact with spinning rotors. When closed, the door locks automatically, and can only be unlocked by the user when the power is on and the rotor is at rest. The X-30R is equipped with two separate monitoring systems which prevent door opening while the rotor is spinning. With micro-processor control providing simple user interaction along with a brushless three-phase drive system ensuring quiet and clean operation, the Beckman Coulter Allegra X-30R is tailored for the changing needs of researchers throughout their sample preparation processes. The included C0650 6 x 50ml Fixed Angle Rotor reaches a maximum speed of 10,000 RPM and a maximum RCF of 10,304 x g. This centrifuge is suitable for validated IVD applications and laboratory use.All of our equipment is in excellent condition and will be fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
The Beckman Coulter Allegra X-30R Refrigerated Centrifuge includes:
- > C0650 6 x 50ml Fixed Angle Rotor
- > NIST Centrifuge Calibration and Preventative Maintenance Report
