The Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 5 Real-Time PCR System w/ 96-Well Sample Block is designed to deliver high-performance results for a wide range of molecular biology applications. With six independently controlled temperature zones through VeriFlex technology, it allows for precise thermal cycling and flexible assay development. The system supports up to six-target multiplexing with 21 filter combinations and decoupled optical channels—making it ideal for complex gene expression studies and SNP genotyping.
A bright white LED provides consistent excitation, while whole-plate imaging captures accurate and reproducible data without mechanical scanning. Its intuitive touchscreen interface enables real-time monitoring and simplified program setup, and the system integrates with a cloud-based platform for secure data access and collaboration. With fast ramp rates, preoptimized protocol templates, and 21 CFR Part 11–ready software features including auditing and e-signatures, the QuantStudio 5 streamlines workflows without sacrificing precision or traceability. Please Note: We recommend performing a Dye Calibration for the Dye you plan on using for your application(s). Please refer to the Operator's Manual for instructions.
All of our equipment is fully tested to perform at factory specifications before being shipped.
