Amersham Biosciences AKTA Prime FPLC System
The Amersham Biosciences AKTA Prime is a compact, single-step FPLC system designed for simple purification of proteins. This FPLC system offers an easy-to-use interface with pre-programmed templates, contributing to its high reproducibility and accuracy. The AKTA Prime also features many error-reduction capabilities, such as automatic UV detection and temperature compensation and motorized valves that ensure automatic buffer or sample selection, sample loading, and fraction collection. Fractions and peaks are easily detected via slope sensing within fixed volume collection or automatic peak fractionation. The AKTA Prime is fully compatible with most compact columns, including HiTrap, Hiprep, HiLoad, and RESOURSE, among others.
The Amersham Biosciences AKTA Prime FPLC System is engineered for high quality gel filtration, HIC, affinity chromatography, buffer exchange, and ion exchange. PH Electrode Not Included.

Preliminary testing is then conducted on our equipment to identify potential defects. Upon completion, we replace all faulty and/or under-performing parts with original manufacturer parts that perform up to specification.

Any necessary preventative maintenance is performed alongside repairs, so your purchase will be ready to go as soon as it arrives.

Final testing cycles ensure your equipment performs fully at manufacturer specifications, guaranteeing you receive a properly working product ready for use.
Once we finish our rigorous testing and decontamination procedures, your order will be packaged to best protect it during shipment and will include delivery insurance.
