The Agilent 1260 Infinity II HPLC G7165A Multiple Wavelength Detector (MWD) combines high optical performance, GLP compliance, and simplified maintenance to meet the needs of fast-paced laboratory environments. This detector boasts a 120 Hz data acquisition rate, making it ideal for fast LC applications, and features long-life deuterium lamps that provide intense light across a wide wavelength range of 190 to 950 nm. Enhanced traceability is ensured through RFID tags on all flow cells and UV lamps.

The device's built-in holmium oxide filter allows for rapid verification of wavelength accuracy, while integrated temperature controls enhance baseline stability. Diagnostic signals are available for monitoring temperature and lamp voltage, ensuring consistent operation. The detector's high sensitivity and selectivity are achieved through simultaneous detection of up to eight compound-specific wavelengths, and its advanced design includes low noise front-end electronics and a patented flow cell that significantly reduces short-term noise.
